I had opted for 6 months wifi of Jio fiber and paid them all in advance after my package got care@jio.com I didn’t renew it. The jio person came and took the router also from my place. Now they are sending messages stating that you need to pay Rs-698. 64 for my outstanding. I don’t understand if I have not used anything for what are they asking me to pay. This is a real fraud from Jio. Please take necessary action.
