Jio Fiber in Dehradun is a scam. The engineers ask for extra money and then leave the organisation. Afterwards they don’t respond if there is any help needed. The other engineers do not respond saying it not there issue. They are demanding more money to restore the connection. Now the jio fiber customter care in itself seem to be involved. They are not replying to any of the messages. Saying that they can’t do anything. Neither are they refunding my money.
