I am writing this with great disappointment from the Jio team. I am a resident of Baijnath, District KAngra, Himachal Pradesh. I have applied for a Jio Fiber connection with Booking No. LR0000087JOY AND TRANSACTION ID 20240607210340000005798440573960100.
I got a call from the team yesterday and some unprofessional boys were sent to my house who installed the router but were unable to get wifi working. I was told that it will be done today but the whole day has passed and the complete system seems to be unresponsive on the matter.
2. Mr Sunil Negi- He is unable to give any proper response on the mater.
Mr Sunil has misguided me, stopped picking up my calls, other than that he has misbehaved with my father and it is unacceptable. I don’t want any dealing with such people in future so I want to switch to other internet provider and want full refund.
3. Mr Pankaj- He is not picking up the call
Waiting for a proper response and a complete refund.
