We have asked for the Jio fibernet connection to . It has been 3 week that the request has been raised. Every day i get a message that there will a technician who will pick up the order but no one turns up. It has been a pathetic customer service too, when we call them to enquire they again raise a request and also close the complaint without the problem being resolved. This is nothing but to keep our security deposit amount collected installation money and kind of make the customer go mad and leave about it. If this is the case no one will want to get your services.
