Dear Sir,
I had activated my Jio Fiber connection on 8th Oct by paying 599.
This offer was for 2 months free trial for jio homes.
On Dec 7th, I received a message to pay 707 for another 2 months. I paid same amount on 7th Dec 5.24pm.
At night on 7th Dec : 9.24pm. Jio Disconnects my internet. I called customer care to resolve it. Verbally they said it will get resolved on 7th Dec 11:00pm. But didnt resolve it,
Next morning 8th Dec I called customer care at 7:20am for status. They said there is backend issue. Resolution time given is 9th Dec: 7:24am.
My Question to Jio service provider is Even after paying in advance why customer need to suffer. I need to start my work at 10am. I request to provide unlimited data on my jio number so that i can start my office work. None of the request accepted.
Why Customer need to suffer mental harassment because of Jio’s technical issues. I need compensation for this.
