JIO Fiber claims to adjust unused pre-paid balance to post-paid bill if you move from prepaid to post paid connection. But they do not pass the benefits at all. They issued a coupon initially for the unused pre-paid adjustment and kept it open for 9 months. After that suddenly taken the coupon out from the account without passing any benefit to the postpaid bill. This is completely making fool of customers and cheating on stating wrong information. They removed all old prepaid recharge histories so that you cannot trace as well.
