This complain is regarding my jio device uninstallation. I have raised request for device pick up on 22 nd July but till date no any engineer visited to collect the device. As per jio customer care, I need to ensure device pickup before 18Aug.
Otherwise they will deduct 1000 rs. fr the security deposit amount.
Everyday jio team change the visiting schedule, have call so many times jio care and write so many emails but no results yet.
