I have applied for jio fiber cancellation on 23rd August 2022. There was no information regarding device pickup once the cancellation was done. I started calling customer care regarding this issue daily and they used to create new complaints and tell me wait for 2 days …after 2 days that issue will be closed and if I call again, they will raise a new issue and tell me to wait 2 more days. It has happened till now and yet they haven’t picked my device or provided the refund.
