Text of Complaint by Ravi Mishra:

I have cancelled my trial plan on 2-Sep-22 and the device was supposed to be picked up on 7-Sep-22 but pick up engineer did not show up instead I got a message that we were not able to contact you so you can reschedule your appointment, I have rescheduled it on 9th than raise a complaint via email on 11th, again device pickup was scheduled on 16th but no one showed up. I again got it rescheduled on 17th for pickup on 19th, this time the phone rang but unfortunately i was not able to pick up and the phone number obviously did not have incoming service. I raised an escalation complaint on 20th Sep and resolution was expected by 21-Sep-22 18:43PM but till now no resolution. Now when I call customer care they are saying you are rescheduling its not our fault. They did not share their Nodal officer’s contact neither they transferred my call to the Nodal officer.
All in all it is appearing that Jio is doing it knowingly so that they do not have to refund the amount once the 30 days period is crossed.
