I have my jio fibre disconnected around 3rd September as I was relocating to another city, but now they are not coming to my address for picking fibre router and issuing refund of amount (INR 1500) deposited with them. I have called to them many times, every time they inform me that they will reschedule the pickup, but no action taken yet. They are making customers fool., It’s been almost 1.5 months now.
Please give some resolution.
