HI,
We have given request Since February 2021.Everyday JioFiber Team is committing the Engineer will come and Pickup set top box.JIO Escalation Number : MR0000BR49UA
Till They will not Pickup the Device they will not Initiate the Refund.Since they are sending message about scheduled Person will come and pickup the on 3rd march 5-6 we have to wait and then at 7 or next day you will get message it is rescheduled.It is very difficult for us now to postpone all the work since last 15 days.We need to relocate to Other City.What if they do not come for Pickup for Settopbox?
No Support from JIO Fiber team.
