When i was installing the jiofiber the executive has just told me that i will receive the security deposit of 1500 after one month if i am not satisfied with the services of jio fiber. He did not mention me that i must cancel the subscription within a month so that the deposit will be credited. Now after 30 days the services were off and now when i am trying to uninstall the services they are telling that they will only give 500 as back not 1500. I want the complete deposit money as it was your executive fault and not mine.
