I have been using Jio fiber since Feb’20 and not a single month been gone when I haven’t faced any issue with there service.
Now after getting delayed upgrades to match with new plans as they promised to existing customers they discontinued and removed that upgrade without prior notice to customer just after I advance recharged a new plan for queue. How greedy of you Jio…
They didn’t share such important information with public/customer’s and misguiding them in several ways.
Such deceitful and fraudulence business shouldn’t be allowed to exploit the customer’s.
