Hello,
My jio fiber set top box is not working since 31 Aug 2022. I have complained many times to jio fiber customer care i.e the adviser jignesh & others. My complaints has daily raised by jio fiber customer care but any engineer neither contact me nor visit at my house. If i call jio fiber customer care, they said “Kshma Chahta hu” and again raised the another complain. Since today, my complaints not yet resolved by neither an engineer nor jio fiber team. I’m fed up from this. Who will pay my 3-4 days jio data.
