My Jio Fiber connection stopped working after the technicians installed a new fiber connection at my neighbors place on June 15, 2025. I raised complaint on June 16, 2025 on the Jio app, and got a message for scheduled visit on June 17, 2025, however, instead of visiting and fixing the issue, the technicians are rescheduling the appointment to avoid working on the issue. I visited the Jio Fiber Centre in Madhavaram and raised complaint in person on June 19, 2025. I was assured the issue will be fixed by end of day. No one has visited to check the issue yet and there is no response on the customer care number by Jio as well, as it goes to an automated box and get disconnected. The technicians are unresponsive, switching-off their phones and talking rudely. Please help.
