i’ve taken jio fiber connection on /09/2021 and from the day i took connection, it’s like i’m facing connectivity issues and i tried calling 1800 889 9999 ( jio fiber customer service center). i almost tried calling them more than 10 times and the scenario is either they will go on hold during my call or they will just mute the call and disconnect it. These jio guys just wanted to increase their subscription, they doesn’t value about the people who takes their connection,
We run a business class starred hotel, thus we took broadband connection from jio. now we want them to fix this issue asap or they need to refund the amount and cover-up the compensation for the pathetic service they providing .
