I am very much frustrated with the response from JIO customer care, jiocare on twitter and email care. I have raised a request for closing the jio fiber connection on 7th september, connection was terminated on 14 sep and i was given time that my device will be picked up on 16 th of september.

Timeline
16 th sep – Device pickup was not done and was notified that pickup will happen on 19th sep
19th sep– device was not picked up
21 sep– notified that device will be picked up by 24th sep
24 sep- device not picked up and was notified that it will be picked up on 25 sep
Today 25 th sep– Device was not picked up and has been told to again wait till tomorrow.
Have called customer executives around 100 times during the last two weeks. Most of them disconnect calls from their end and others lie and keep on repeating the same things again and again. Few interaction numbers are:

Have contacted Jio care on twitter, no update from their end also. Attached is the screenshot for the conversation. I have been waiting since Monday for a reply but jio customer service has downgraded so much that they don’t bother to rply
