Text of Complaint by Alok Raj:

I am Alok raj and me and my family members have been using jio sim from when jio sim come in market, I have been a very loyal customer of jio. Recently i installed jio fiber but due to job location issues,

I took new jio fiber connection in 28 /02/22
I had not recharge my jio fiber after free trial period, due to personal issues so my account is suspended now I got call from engineer to submit setup box,
I called may times to customer care to resolve my issue.but they haven’t resolved my issue Instead they talk rudely. I asked him to reactivate my jio fiber. they told he can’t reactivate my connection,and ask for refunded amount which I paid during new connection,they told they refunded only 500rs only.

My complain to jio if they have term and condition like if customer not recharge within 20 days (as customer advisers said ) there is going to be suspended, atleast customer get notified or company must be published on internet (so customer may aware from company scam)

Company should provide proper trained and professional customers advisers.

May be 1500rs small amount for jio but not for me.

My friend called customer care to cancel their jio fiber connection customer advisers drop there call after Listening there issue
This happens many times with him.

This kind of Scam is not has happened with me and my friend they scam to many peoples.
