I had taken fiber connection in Sep 2020 and put relocation request in Oct 2021 within 500 meters. I logged order on 24th Oct 2021 and got appointment scheduled sms 4-5 times but relocation not done and on 16th Nov got order failed SMS due documents rejected. Is it possible to get documents verified after 22 days?
I also contacted local service and sales guys but everyone told me that relocation is not happening you may take new connection instead. One sales Guy imposed me a new connection and asked me to cancel it within 30days of trail period and meanwhile he will get my old connection relocated.
Trail period is over and I cancelled the same but after 42 days device was not picked up even I got multiple SMS
I am totally dissatisfied and it is not expected from JIO. Kindly pick the device and relocate my old connection otherwise I am going to file complaint against Jio for Money loss, work hamper due to broadband unavailability and mentally harassment by calling customer
