On 21 May 2024, I had raised a relocation request for my Jio Fiber connection and scheduled it for 26 May 2024 as I will be available at new location from that date. Someone took the order on 22 May and said he cannot hold it and closed it without saying any valid reason, but I was unaware at that time and on 26 May 2024 I raised a request again. This time someone closed it with no calls and again no valid reason. I am stuck now at the new location without internet and my work has got hampered. I am not sure what to do next. There are many options such as chat bot, WhatsApp, Call, Email; but all goes to an automated system and there is no option to proceed and explain my current situation. There is an Appellate authority for Jio but it requires a Complaint ID which uses the above methods and I’m not able to raise one.
