Text of Complaint by Namrata:

I purchased jio fiber subscription from jio executive on 9th august 2021, due to unseen circumstances the payment could be deducted from my debit card so I had to transfer the money Rs2825 to the executive’s account and then he made the payment and told me that it would be installed within 24 hours and before 16th August 2021. I received a mail regarding the same. But after 10th August, the jio executive that came to receive tha payment stopped answering my call and due to repeated complaints to Jio on 18008969999, no significant action has been taken. On 15th August I asked the customer care to take an action or cancel my subscription but without any confirmation she filed the cancellation.. I once again called and asked to cancel the cancellation procedure, I didn’t want to cancel the subscription because it would refund the money to the source(in this case Jio Executive’s account who stopped answering my calls). But yesterday I received a sms saying my jio fiber connection has been canceled. I didn’t request it. Kindly look into it.
