Hi,
I have applied for Jio fiber connection on 31th August, due to installation issues, I had to request for cancellation on 11th Sept 2020.
In spite of cancellation, I have called the customer care multiple times to know the status of the refund of RS 3501.82, which I paid during the application using Paytm-UPI,
Its now 18 days that the refund has not been credited to my account,
I too have provided the bank details as requested by one of the customer care agent.
