Jio told 150 Mbps to speed in 5g , but speed is only 9 Mbps in peak hours.
JIO side they asked us to put booster for improve the performance which will cost come as 2500 rs.
The set of box also worst TV screen blinks not able to watch continouly.
Finally I cancelled the connection one month back but no one come for pick up the device. still I am waiting. keep on calling customer care but no response. Now days those sales personsa are selling new connections as two months free and if we cancel the connection after two months installation charges will get refunded .It’100% fake information . don’t trust that sale person. JIO offer provides one month free and get refund is also very difficult. So please don’t go with JIO. better go with another service provider. Thank you.
