We have taken jio fiber connection in the month of 28th Dec 2019 and this is second month & we facing issue .
we have unable to access SONY LIV & ZEE5 so that i have raised a complain through toll free no on 1st of Feb and today is 5th Feb still not yet resolve .
I have called to customer care but they are unable to reply. Even no one bother to take reply or call.
So can you confire that IS this jio fibre service ???
