I register a compliant against connection not working in my jio app . on 12 August 2022 request I’d: SR00001CVNQJ .One of the member of jio team came and check the problem after 5 min i asked them what’s the problem they said we came again and they never came back . Then I go to jio office to register complaint the one of the guard whose name is mr Hanuman talks to me very rudely and asked me to call on mobile no. 9306754097
And I called on that no and that person again asked me to call on another mobile no . 9306753896 but he never picked the call after some days on 16 August 2022 i again request a complain on my jio app request I’d: SR00001CYNSZ and call on toll free no 18008899999 and she said sir our team will reach on your location between 7-8 pm but they won’t came .On 17 August i again call on toll free no. And they said there is technical issue from our side we are extremely sorry in 24 hours your connection is going to work but it won’t work
