my internet connection was not working from 9-Nov 2020 and I raised complaint same day. Today my complaint was closed automatically without providing any fix. I paid money for a month and hardly used for one week. Now since there was no resolution from them, if I want to disconnect they wont refund the balance recharged amount that I could not use, due to their poor service.
