I have registered complain regarding the internet issue on Customer care and they have also send an engineer to solve the problem but its sseems that the engineer was able to solve the issue temporarily. The issue still persists and I have tried to reach that engineer too many times but he is not receiving the call. His name is Pradip Roy and his contact number is 9073576539. The service request number is SR000013EWPF.
The registered mobile number for my Jio connection is 9038487574 and Jio telephone number is 33 3590 5310. My name is Yash Almal and I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible. My work is getting affected due to this and I have to compromise on a lot of things.
