Dear sir,
On Saturday afternoon i was taken a new Jio fiber connection my order I’d NO0000GBC5DD.so I suppose to do my regular office work from Monday it self I need internet connection to do so i called the customer care they said it will be done @ 10.30 am time has passing again I got the msg 11.30 am installation again 1.30 pm Again 4.00 pm so i called the guy jio fiber salesman. He given the head of Ms jio fiber installation his name is Sridhar goud M S and his contact infoName:Sreedhar Goud M. S
Phone:+917780379529 I called him on afternoon he said he will be done installation most probably on evening it self or else it will be Tuesday morning so I trusted this guy because he was also a head of department I said my problems for my office work related because internet is mandatory he said ok it will be on today(Monday or Tuesday morning) I called him on morning 8.53 am he didn’t received again I called him on 10.36 am he said installation will be happen soon in 30 min  time passes on but no phone calls from installation side guys again I called him 11.51 and 11.52 he didn’t recievd at 11.56 he received and said same thing meeting has finished with in 30 min installation will be done I was waiting with patience because even am also a manager but I need to do my work right again I called him@2:02 and @2.15 pm didn’t received the call at 2.18 pm he received Finally he said with harsh and attitude with out respect and said it will be done by evening .I got very much angry on him because I was waiting for internet I have alot of work to do 2 days work has been not done from my side how much patience I need for God sake ? how he will treat the employees under his arm I don’t know am waiting for installation again completed 6 pm again I called him 6:17 pm and 6:18 finally he received my call 6:26pm and said two words I will forward a number talk with him that’s it +919573059941 Sudarshan .. am supposed to asking you guys is am a worker under your supervision or your company ?
1. Learn respect and talk with customers
2. If you’re are team head you have to handle the team if other guys are in leave
3.how can I call to the installation guy ? Which given by mr Sridhar?
Tell me what action should I take against him can I take consumer court regarding this issue ?
Am I suppose to do Monday and Tuesday Work but it has been pending untill this time I waiting for your guys is my Mistake and taken jio fiber connection is secondary mistake

PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST MS SRIDHAR GOUD HE IS THE MAIN LEAD for installation till now i didnt got installtion
