There is no jio fiber wire routing in my building ,only dummy boxes fixed top the apartment building , jio engineer collected the amount of Rs-1500 to install the jio fiber internet after payment, there is no installation from jio side,and agent not picking the call & amount also not refunded, i have to work from home but there is no internet from past 5 days, committed install within 48 Hours still not done & no reply from Reliance jio fiber..
