We have approached to customer care so many time but they are replying there prerecorded solution , we also approached via email but same reply was given to us from email also, on 12apr23 we are approached your jio fiber service center gomti nagar lucknow but they are also fail to give a remedy to us.
The enclosed image is our problam which can not clear on my end , it is also inform to you that no any complaint or request pending for my account.
