i have faced a issue in connection. I haven’t got wifi power back its still blinking red for past7 2hr and i raised request in jio app and none of the technician reach me or i haven’t notice technician working on my location related problem, but jio app mentioned that the problem will resolved within 24hr and i have contact customer care but the problem not solved, and regarding this i tried to contact JIO FIBER MANAGER multiple time but no response and this could be a worst service ever
