I am just one month old jio fiber user and on April 24th internet is not working and I have raised a complaint on 25th. It s been one week and I haven’t received any resolution. Instead ticket which I raised being closed without any fix. I have raised 3 tickets within one week. I called customer care, chat support, WhatsApp support and also dropped an email to jio. NO USE AT ALL.
They don’t even value for our money and time. This is very pathetic service. Not even proper response
