Hi,
I booked a new JIO FIBER CONNECTION. In January 2021 since then both months Jan and Feb 10 days connection gets disconnected… Every time I complain regarding same to customer care they assign an engineer who come after two days …. Worst service then bsnl….They come and ask money for fixing the connection back by make some or either stories say we need to put flexi pipe coz rats bite ur fiber cable…
I have raised a complaint for discontinue for jio connection no of engineer came to take back there instruments and refunds
