Dear Team,
This is to inform you that my Jio Fiber connection is down from 21st May 2020.
I have already logged a complaint in jiofiber customer care regarding the same on 22nd may & service request number is SR0000116TRL.
I have not received any update from any of the service engineers yet. I am very much disappointed by the time it is taking to fix the issue. It is more than 9 days now. No one has ever contacted my neither told me how much time it will require to resolve this issue. I am presently working in a IT Support company in Sector V & it is hampering my Work From Home activities. My JOB is at stake because i am not able to work at all.
I have 151.28 GB data balance left in my subscription pack & also 7 days were remaining to expire. Please extend my actual validity after my connection restores so that i can use the remaining data balance. Attaching screenshots for reference.
Please take necessary actions to resume the services asap.
