I have booked my jio fiber connection for installation on 16th April 2022, after that, according to the companies policy the installation should be done within 3-4 days but at first I have been told that there is a technical problem in my area regarding the jio fiber which will get resolved soon so I have waited till 23rd April but still no one came for connection.
Then after that when I called the customer care they said that there is no such problem and my connection will be done and they scheduled for installation but no engineer came for installation despite of scheduling after that, daily I used to call the customer care to ask about my connection and there has been same reply that it has been scheduled for today and will get done, but till now as of 30th April no engineer came to my home for the installation.
They have raised several complaint in there system as well regarding the same against the engineer, the person who booked the connection named Sonu, also against the repetative rescheduling of the connection. And it’s deadline is also within 48 hours that also has been breached as there is no response nor any solution to that problem.
I have deposited 1500 rs as a connection amount and they have booked and checked that the connection can be installed and there is no technical difficulty in it despite that there has been no single attempt to provide the connection to my request. Despite repetative try of contacting to the customer care and person who booked the connection till date the connection has not been installed.
They have wasted my time and my money for taking almost 20 days for booking the connection and then not installing it, it has caused a mental stress and continues waste of my time, money, efforts.
I request you to please take action against the company and the customer care staff as well as the engineer for connection and person who booked the connection, to cause trouble and i claim remuneration along with my deposited money for my time, efforts and there breached of promise also there breach of contract in which they claim that the connection will get installed within 3 days.
