I raised connection request on 5th July and payment was done on same day. They told that connection will happen on 12th July. This date they gave after payment which should not happen. Date should be confirmed with customer before payment. Than I requested ground staff and customer and they said by 8th July eod the connection will be done, still the connection did not happen on that date.Than I thought to wait till 12th. But on 11th July night I received a message saying connection is scheduled on 15th July. Than I talked to customer care , they are saying they don’t have slot to prepone it, now they are not giving the resolution. What the the guarantee That connection will happen on 15th. It mental torture for me.
