I have cancel my jio fiber connection on 27dec2022 and tipp date I have not received my refund amount. Also after 1 month when I contact through customer care they said that my refund rejected due to bene name and account no differ.
But i have not receive any communication from jio customer care. And even after my complaint my refund not process. And now I received mail to update ac detail in link. But that site not fletching my register no. It was totally frustrated act of jio.
I want claim for refund with interest for holding the customer amount more then the tat period.
