JIO Fiber connection number – 8035529996
I have a postpaid Jio connection on my name. When I shifter from B015 (B block) to A107 (A block) in the same community (Midtown Opulant, Vartur, Bangalore), I raised a connection shifting request (SR00001BG0WZ – on 8th June 2022). This request was closed and Jio service team asked me to create a relocation order (on 14th June 2022). I create it create new relocation order (C0000N03F18 – on 14th June 2022), this order is not yet closed also no work taken by Jio team. On June 22 I request for cancelation of my connection as I am not able to use it and no one helping me. The customer support member told me that she created a request and i will get a call back in 7 days. When on 24th June 2022, I call for follow-up, a new support member told me that “NO REQUEST FOR CANCELATION RAISED), so I create a new cancellation request (SR00001BS0KD – on 24th June 2022). On 30th June 2022, when check for follow-up, a new support member told me that, “My request was closed by backend team as the relocation order was open). So I request him to close the relocation order. He told me that he don’t have permission to close it. also in my JIO app, I don’t have permission to close my ticket. Then I raised new cancelation request (SR00001BW70P on 30th June 2022). Today on 4th July, I am checking in myJIO app and my request is closed again.
MY request to the court:
1. why I am not contacted before closer of my request.
2. when asked to speak for L2 level support, why the L1 team is saying we are working from home and not able to transfer the call.
3. why customer not have permission to close his order and request
4. My bill is calculated on daily basis and statement is coming to me, I need to clear it before due date. why I will pay the bill when I don’t have the connect to use and my voice is ignored by support team.
I need the court support to close my connection.
I need the court support to get back my money for this duration, when my voice was ignored by JIO team
