I have been using Jio Fiber for more than an year and recently shifted to other location. I requested for relocation which never took place and after following up for 1 month, engineer mentioned that he can not give services because the slots in the area are full. Hence, I requested for cancellation of services and refund my security deposit. It’s been 57days, I am calling every day, raising complaints, reached out to Jio Social media team but nothing helped. it’s just wasting my time and annoying me. Loosing hopes on how a biggest Indian Telecom company can be so irresponsible
