I am a user of your Jio Fiber for the past 3 yrs and my internet is not working for the past 3-4 days I have been trying to connect with your customer care executives at least 10-12 times and every time they say I have to wait for 24 hrs. I didn’t receive even a single call from an engineer. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, you gust is just making a fool of me. I am working from home and I don’t have access to the internet for the past 3 days, I have to take off for 2 days.
Either solve this today or refund my money.
I want this to be resolved right away or else I’ll cancel all the membership and throughout your all devices out of the house and all the jio connections from my building as well and will switch to Airtel, At least they provide good customer service.
Your agents are no help!
