Dear Sir/Madam
I have submitted request for allocation of Jio fiber. But due to pathetic Service support by Jio that is not done yet
despite doing calls several times and submitting request in the jio application. Also, I have already done payment.
When service executive visits, they offer me installation within 24 hours and not doing the same till date. They says port is not available. Why Jio guys are not adding ports?
Due to delay in reallocation my subscription going waste. It been almost a week that i have done the payment.
