I’m raising this request against jio fiber connection services. We approached a sales person from jio fiber on last Saturday (2nd July) and registered for a connection, and paid money too. That day he told that connection will be installed as early as possible and officially we got an message from jio fiber admin, that our installation would be done at 10 AM, 4th July. However, we didn’t get any update till now and whenever we tried to call the sales person he is not answering our calls.
