I have a Jio Fiber connection (+912235781116) which is not working from 31st May 2022. I had raised complain regarding the same under service request number SR00001BATED on the same day. I had also made a recharge on 1st Jun for the value of 1178.82 (with tax) transaction id TB00001P9TG9. However i am not getting Wi-Fi due to temporary issue within Jio.
Today on 2nd June 2022 when i called the customer care and asked for re-imbursement of 3 days of not providing the service (31,01 and 2nd June 2022) bu extending 3 days extra after the end of current plan, they directly said there is no provision as such.
Currently my work is getting impacted due to this and the is no concrete solution by Jio.
I want to raise the complain for this injustice happening with customers.
