Its been almost a month that I started facing issue with the connectivity. I called Jio customer care, they raised a complaint, this is when the Jio drama started, the engineer was supposed to visit in the same day. I received a text from Jio that engineers visited my place but they need permission to enter the society. I called customer care again, i told them that i reside in a residential place and they don’t need any permission to visit my house, they said they gonna update the same in the complaint and raised another complaint to reschedule my appointment. This thing repeated for 5 days. I was feed up and went to jio fiber office in Malleswaram, the way I was treated was not expected, so called manager dint even bother to talk to me because he running late to home at 3pm in the noon. Somehow I caught hold of the engineer who came to install the service, he helped me fix it, but ever since then I’m facing slow speed, I called customer care again, they raised a complaint and same thing is repeating. I’m getting text from Jio that my appointment has been rescheduled as per my request, i don’t understand when i requested them to reschedule my appointment. I’m waiting for this issue to be fixed.
