“My Jio Fiber order with order number NO0000SOCVPP was canceled without my permission. I had already paid 2825 rupees for a six-month connection. I would like to know the reason for this cancellation. The Jio Fiber operator entered my house, took a selfie of me, collected my Aadhaar card and thumbprint information, and then suddenly took away the Jio Fiber box, stating that the connection had been canceled.”
