I installed Jio fiber connection in November 2022. After 2 Months they started harassing me after around every around 20 days my Jio fiber connection stops working. Some person came from the Jio service and disconnect my connection without informing me. Then I made complaint on their website they schedule some person to solve issue for next day but that complaint they reschedule on next day without informing me and they did reschedule 7 -8 times after 7-10 days person will come and reconnect my connection.
My connection is disconnecting after around every 20-25 days. I sent them many mails to disconnect my connection, but they are generation bill every month.
My and my wife work is totally disturbed. They harassed us too much. We made many complaints through calling and E-mails, but nothing happened.
