I took a JIO FIBER connection under Gold Category on 16.08.2020 and connection was installed after two days on 18.08.2020 since installation Prime Video,Zee5,Alt Balaji and Disney Plus is not active
The Concerned executive who took the connection is Mr Kuldeep Kumar 7550594903.He is neither picking up phone nor resolving the issue.
I even esclated the Complaint to their appellate authority but no response.
I am surprised to see such a pathetic service of a so called world class Company.
