Hi I am Sunil khurana of udaipur Rajasthan. I have selected jio fiber postpaid service. I have selected the backup plan of Rs398/month On Saturday jio sales officer come and told us that you can avail jio fiber we have connection service in your area.
And we make payment of rs2848.20. When Jio engineer come on Monday that is today Dated – 29.05.2023. he says that we cannot give you jio fiber because your house is away from pole But their pole is less than 100Meter away from my home. and
Kindly resolve my issue. They give very poor service
