My Service request number is SR00001EH18P.I had filed a complaint with jio fiber customer care on 8 October 2022. After not solving the problem for the next 2 days, complained again on 10 October. So I was told that your problem will be resolved on this day, despite this my problem has not been resolved till today 11 October.
I request that my complaint should be taken seriously and some appropriate action should be taken.
