My name is Sikandar vishwakarma. My service request number is SR00001EGEJR. I had registered my complaint in Jio fiber customer service portal on 8th October 2022. I was told that by 11 o’clock on the 9th, the service engineer will come to your house and solve the problem.And it has been more than 3 days now, but my problem is not resolved.On talking to the employee of the company, they talk about disconnecting the connection and ask to take the service of other operator.
Regarding this, I request you to file a complaint against Jio Fiber and take a proper action.
